       Many people  identify themselves as either a physical type of person or an inside type. However, I believe that inviduals need to maintain both an outside life and an inside one as well. This allows balance and does not strain one of their physical or mental capabilities. By enjoying the air outside, one is able to sustain a healthy lifestyle and be able to communicate with the outside world. Although many people believe that the human body should be only focused on outside activites, people also need to experience the inside world. If one stays outside too long, they may inflict harm upon themselves by stressing their muscles too much, thereby causing their muscles to tighten up. However, if one stays inside for too long of a duration, he/she will not be able to express their physical selves. Therefore, it is essential to maintain a balance of both physical and mental activities as it is not good to strain either one.
